Because all of our items are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Please note:
• Personalized items cannot be returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.
• We do not accept cancellations once production has started.
